What is the purpose of the conference?
The purpose of the conference is to teach people what legacy is and how to be intentional in developing your personal, family, local, national and spiritual legacies.
What is the target audience of the conference?
Business people and pastors but anyone can attend.
When is the deadline to register?
As long as space is available, registration is available up to 3 days prior to the event.
What is included in the conference price?
Conference attendance and breakout sessions.
Are there discounted group rates available for seniors, early registration, groups rates or volunteer rates?
Is childcare available?
Childcare will not be available.
Is there an age limit?
It is open to anyone 16 and over.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you’re unable to attend the Legacy Conference, please notify us in writing with your request no later than October 1st, 2018. The registration fee is non-refundable after October 1, 2018. Please feel free to transfer your ticket to a friend online or donate it back to the Gateway Conference.
Will there be worship? If so, who is leading worship?
We will have worship on Thursday evening, led by Tim Sheppard and the Gateway Worship Team.
If I can’t attend the entire event, is there an option to attend just certain sessions?
We will only be offering one registration option and encourage you to attend the sessions that you are available to attend.
When will I get my ticket or confirmation of my registration?
When you register online, you’ll receive an email confirmation, which serves as your ticket. Please bring this with you in order to expedite your check-in. If you’ve registered and paid for the Legacy Conference and cannot find your ticket, please check in at the registration desk, and we can access your record.
Will the breakout sessions only be offered one time?
We will offer breakout sessions twice so you can select the top 2 options.
When and how do I check in?
Pre-conference check-in is available starting at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 1st. Doors to the Auditorium will open 30 minutes prior to each session.
Is the seating reserved or is it general admission?
All seating is general admission. Doors open 30 minutes prior to each session. Seat saving before doors open is not allowed.
What should I wear?
Casual attire is recommended. The Auditorium is enclosed and air-conditioned. Because the temperatures may vary, we encourage wearing layered clothing. You may also want to consider bringing a light jacket.
